We love Dr. Angela and the whole entire staff! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The wait is always short and the staff in the back explains everything as they’re doing it so my kids always feel comfortable. Highly recommend this practice!

Absolutely best ! All the staff is so kind and caring , and it’s so nice to go into a medical office , and year after year it’s the same employees that we have come to know and love! They really care ! My son needed braces, and my husband always took him to his appointments , sadly he passed away suddenly and completely unexpectedly, a year and a half after his death, I had to take my son for an appointment, and the Doctor came up to me and just hugged me without saying a word and then hugged my son, she remembered me and my husband , She told my son we were talking about your dad in the morning meeting about how much he loved you when we saw your name on the appointments for today. This is what we are missing, community and customer service ! Really meant a lot to me and why I will on go to Palm Beach Orthodontics , Angela deFabrique-Abiusi !!!

From the moment you walk into Palm Beach Orthodontics, you can tell this practice truly understands how to care for families and kids — especially middle school boys! My 12-year-old had an appointment with Katie, and she was absolutely wonderful. Like many boys his age, he needs reminders about brushing and flossing, but Katie handled the conversation with such grace, kindness, and privacy that neither of us felt embarrassed or judged. She simply shared the facts in a caring and professional way. What impressed me most was how quickly my son felt comfortable with her. Within minutes, he was joking around, trying to make her laugh, and fully being himself. Katie and the rest of the staff were so warm and patient with him, even cheering him on about being in his school play! After nearly an hour in the chair — which is not exactly a fun experience for most kids — my son walked out and said, “That was actually a really nice visit.” That says everything. Kudos to Dr. Angela for building such an incredible team. Every single person, from the front desk to the finance office, is kind, welcoming, and professional. It has always been a challenge with bringing my 10 year old to the dentist. Samara Smith made sure to make the 1st time experience for my daughter Mila Soltis very comfortable and welcoming. She was so comfortable she opted to have her braces put on that same day. By the time she left she told her grandmother “I hate the dentist, but I LOVE this place”. Thank you Samara for understanding our needs and customizing this experience for her. She is eager to come back for her next visit. -Melinda Wier
